Watched: The Life of Chuck Really solid and clever movie!🍿

I didn’t get around to weekly roundup this week. So we’ll do a little mini roundup!

Church this week was really encouraging. Bro James preached on “ acquainting yourself on what’s real.” The basic thought being that if we are familiar with what’s “real” in life, the fake will filter itself out. Great for spirtiuality, work, or politics 🙂

Not new news at all, but I am loving how powerful the features are on Carrot Weather. I subscribed for the custom notifications, but I’m loving the features avaiable as storms are blowing through, very useful.

Jonathan Delozier on selecting a buyer’s agent:

”The report shows that while familiarity still matters, it’s no longer decisive on it’s own.

Although 79% of repeat buyers said the would consider working with the same agent again, only 13% ultimately hired an agent based on prior relationship.”

It’s not enough to just know someone!

Watched: Superman 🍿 I finally got around to watching this one! Easily the best thing to come out of DC since the Batman. DC is in good hands with James Gunn it would seem!

In the shortest of weekly roundups, I’m thankful for good conversations with my wife, a happy Christmas with family, and excitement for what’s next in my career as a mortgage lender!

What’s up with the App Store push notifying me ads for apps? Do better Apple that’s complete trash

I never got around to finishing Arkham Knight back in the day so I’m working on finishing that game now. I’m really impressed how good the game looks for being 10 years old!

What a great add to the reminders app! For all of Apple’s software missteps, the reminders team continue to knock it out of the park every year

I would like to officially issue my heart felt gratitude for the inventor of todo apps. Without these wonderful little pieces of software I would be far less productive and much more grumpy (because I would forget to set out my cold brew to steep overnight).
