I would like to officially issue my heart felt gratitude for the inventor of todo apps. Without these wonderful little pieces of software I would be far less productive and much more grumpy (because I would forget to set out my cold brew to steep overnight).

The inaugural cup of tea in my new cup! My wonderful wife got it for me in celebration of a good year in mortgage! 💙

My wife just got the notification about iOS 26 on her iPhone. I’m very interested to see as this rolls out widely what the consensus is. I hold to my previous opinion that the broader public won’t care that much.

Top artist this year was the Corner Room!

Geaux Tigers! 🏈

You can remap the capslock key on the iPad’s Magic Keyboard to several different modifier functions.. including escape!! Super handy, I just wish I had learned about it 5 years ago 😅

I appreciate little software improvements. Since Apple added the critical alert feature in the medications section of the health app (basically a 2nd reminder), I’ve been much more consistent in taking my daily vitamins!

The incredible weather streak continues! It makes me thankful to not do much in the way of tv and iPad for the boys. We get to enjoy more of this beautiful weather!!

The idea of AI is fun and fascinating to me, but I find it difficult to use because it’s such a blank canvas. It’s like being given a bucket of 4X2 legos and the only instruction is “make something cool!” My brain requires more structure than that. I do love to tinker with the tools however.

1 year into owning the 16 pro (my first Dynamic Island phone) and I continue to be… delighted for lack of a better word. It’s such a fun and useful addition to what is otherwise dead space on the screen (especially during football season when I can’t usually watch the game).
